Let me tell you a story, all about how… no wait. That’s a different story.

This is meant to be a post about our purpose and mission in publishing. At Cozy Nook Publishing, we want to circulate stories that soothe and comfort the reader, we want to lift up underrepresented authors, and we want to make the world a better place with the stories we publish.

To keep stories cozy, we look for books that are a retreat, soothing and insightful and a delight to escape into. We specialize in gentle, low-stakes, cozy fiction. Our titles embrace well-being, creativity, and a deep sense of community. We publish heartfelt, imaginative fiction that wraps around readers, inviting them into worlds that are kind, meaningful, and beautifully crafted.

Cozy Nook strives to be diverse, to keep our cozy worlds wide open. We celebrate voices from all backgrounds and champion stories that reflect the diversity of our real world. We also believe stories should be accessible to everyone, that’s why our books feature accessible design and inclusive themes. We’re constantly learning how to make our books more welcoming to more readers.
